WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

Currently we only ship worldwide where it’s feasible

Please allow 14-28 days(3 -4 Weeks) for delivery due to high demand  on all orders.

During any holiday season, delivery time might take 21-35 days, longer than standard delivery time due to strict customs inspection and high volume. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing.

  

WHAT HAPPEN IF I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE WITHIN THE STANDARD DELIVERY TIME?

We will refund your money if you did not receive your package but you will need to wait within our expected delivery time frame as stated above including extra days during any holiday season, due to strict customs inspection (we have no control and can’t do anything if the delay was due to customs inspection or high volume and they usually inspect package more strictly at certain periods ) , so the delivery time might take more longer than standard delivery time.

Please understand our delivery time policies before you place an order because after you have placed an order, you have agreed and understand that our delivery time policies and there will no refund within the standard delivery time including during any holiday season which might take longer than the standard delivery time.

If you not receive your package after standard delivery time include extra delivery time during holiday season. Contact Us with your name, email and order number.

CAN I GET REFUND ON FREE + SHIPPING OFFERS?

Free Offers/Giveaways – Any “Free + Shipping” offers must be canceled within 24 hours of your order.  Free items are non-refundable once shipped.

 CAN YOU PROVIDE ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?

All our order come with a tracking number. Please allow 5-10 days after receiving the tracking number for the tracking information to be updated.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We will accept if a mistake was made on our side or the product is defective. All items must be returned within 60 days and must be unused and unworn. They also cannot be tampered with or damaged by a cat, dog, turtle, goat or any other mythical creature or odor.

If the worst has happened and you’d like to do a return, please Contact Us with details/photos of the product and the defect or mistake we have done. Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the product to us.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?

Often, when you order multiple items from us , we source from different warehouses we have. As such, most times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they will get to you 🙂

 

DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE LINE?

At this time we do not have a phone line. We can contact us via this link :- Contact Us for all the customer service inquiries. We answer every customer questions and concerns within 24-48 hours (Holidays and weekends may vary)

 

I MAKE A MISTAKE IN MY ORDER OR ENTER A WRONG ADDRESS?

We will definitely try to fix it but you need to Contact Us us as soon as possible within 12-24 hours. We process your order within 24 hours after we get the information from you, but if you let us know early, we may be able to change your order or your address. If your item has been shipped out, then we can’t do anything about your order and no refund will be made for your mistake.

I HAVE TRACKING NUMBER BUT THERE IS NO INFORMATION WHEN I CHECK?

Tracking information is only available when the product arrive at the destination country. No tracking information for product shipped is available from origin country. Please allow 5-10 days after you received the tracking number for the tracking information to be updated.

If you received the tracking number but after 5-10 days you still not did not see the tracking information, please Contact Us and we will help you out.
